Two Women Punched by a Man in Northampton
Officers investigating an assault where two women were punched by a man in Gold Street, Northampton, are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
At around 4.10am on Sunday, April 28, two women were walking towards the town centre up Gold Street, close to the junction with College Street, when a verbal altercation broke out with an unknown man.
The man then punched one woman in the head, and the other in the face, causing head and facial injuries to both.
Anyone in the area between 4am and 4.45am who saw or heard the altercation, or who has information about it, should call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
