Marshall’s rd without a doubt… You usually have to wait as he spends quality time listening to patients who needs it so he usually quite often runs over time but any and every time I have phoned for an app I and family have always got in same day!

We moved from Marshall’s Road to the Cottons, and prefer the Cottons.

Marshall road is small and ya can’t get in with a buggy. Cottons is a lot bigger and has a chemist in same building and easy access for buggys if you have small children.

I can’t say which I prefer as I’ve always gone to Colton’s and I’ve always found the doctors really good x

I use Marshalls road, most of the time they are friendly and efficient, never been to the Cottons though. Also when my daughter was younger I would take her round the back if she was in her buggy and they would let me in that way 😀

Cottons is rubbish, excessive waiting times even if you are the only person in the waiting area

Ives used both, each for about 6 years each, moved from one because they kept me waiting nearly two hours and only had one doctor at the time, only to wait the same time at the other doctors who has loads more doctors? It the same problems every where, too many people not enough time!

I would say the cottons. I have a son with disabilities and medical conditions have always gone above and beyond for us. X

Although cottons get slated on fb. They have always been fab for me and my family where possible. But I don’t ask miracles or live in a blinkered world like some!!!!
